1. Payment Terms
1.1 Service Fees: All fees for our services are clearly outlined in our service agreement. Fees must be paid in full before the initiation of any service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All payments must be made in USD.
1.3 Invoice and Receipts: Upon receipt of your payment, an invoice and payment receipt will be issued to you.
1.4 Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee. Services may be suspended until full payment is received.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Services: Fees for consultations, assessments, and initial application reviews are non-refundable.
2.2 Service Termination: If you decide to terminate our services before the completion of the process, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work already completed.
2.3 Denied Applications: We cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or immigration application. Fees paid for our services are not refundable in case of application denial by immigration authorities.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days only if applicable.
