Doccument Checklist And Fee

Copy of Current PASSPORT.
Copies of last held Indian Passport (first 2 and last 2 pages), Page 1, 2 and 3 for older passports.
Copy of Driver’s License or Utility Bill under applicant’s name not older than 60 days.
Copy of Naturalization or Citizenship Certificate.

Standard 2x2 US Passport size digital photo with clear white or light-colored background.

Step 1

Send us the documents as per the checklist via email or a secure link, Documents verification and payment processing

Step 2

We send you the forms back for signatures.

Step 3

: Physical forms along with original Indian passport (as applicable) are submitted to the embassy for further processing

You will continue to receive email updates regarding the progress of your file, wait as per the time duration to receive the passport back in mail.

RENUNCIATION OR SURRENDER OF INDIAN CITIZENSHIP is a mandatory step one must take within 3 years of acquiring foreign citizenship. Renunciation certificate copy is mandatory in order to avail long term Indian Visas and OCI Card.
If you naturalized as foreign citizen before June 2010, and have a stamp on Indian passport which states “CANCELLED AS ACQUIRED FOREIGN NATIONALITY” then you may not need to apply for a certificate (Subject to Consular approval).
